Announcement regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The company “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” (the “Company”) announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company was cancelled today due to lack of the required quorum for the discussion and voting on the sole item of the agenda. Specifically, shareholders representing 10,836,308 shares, i.e. 16.34% of the total 66,329,127 shares with voting rights, participated in the Extraordinary General Meeting.
The 1st Repetitive Extraordinary General Meeting will convene on Monday, 22 March 2021, at 12.00 p.m. at the registered seat of the Company, in accordance with the invitation of the Board of Directors dated 12.2.2021.
