The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, the company «Cordial Wordwide Limited» of British Virgin Islands (BVI), controlled by Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of Folli Follie Group, on June 25th, 2014 disposed by way of stock lending, 400,000 shares of Folli Follie Group.
