DUTY FREE SHOPS, A CORPORATION OPERATING DUTY FREE SHOPS INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS, TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY S.A.", under the trademark "FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP", announces , in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (article 14, par. 3), and having received respective information, a significant change to the voting rights as follows:

Reason for Notification: Significant change of shares and voting rights

Date of Transaction: 08.08.2011

Full name of the person subject to the notification obligation: FOSUN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LTD.

Change in number of shares: from 6.360.000 shares of the Company to 6.703.493 shares with voting rights, indirect, or 10,02% of the share capital, out of which 4.102.195 shares with voting rights  or 6,13% of the share capital are held directly from FOSUN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and indirectly 3.89% or 2.601.298 shares with voting rights are held through Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund L.P.

 Additionally, Mr GUO GUANGCHANG, under the status of controlling person of FOSUN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LTD, its participation stands at 10,02% ( 0% directly and 10,02% indirectly through FOSUN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund L.P.).
