RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION
The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A, with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on October 23rd 2017, 2.500 common nominal shares at a total value of 43.669,31 Euro. This transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
