The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade name “FF GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FFGROUP, acquired on January 27th, 2015, 2,194 common nominal shares with total value 58,268.50 Euro. Such transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005
