RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION of Law 3556/ 2007 AND ARTICLE 13 OF LAW 3340/2005
The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with thw trade name “FF GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FFGROUP, on 5th, 2014 acquired 10,000 common nominal shares of a total value of 315,900.00 Euro. Such transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005
