RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION of Law 3556/ 2007 AND ARTICLE 13 OF LAW 3340/2005

The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on January 9th, 2015, 3,010 common nominal shares at a total value of 76,122.90 Euro.


Such transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005
