RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION of Law 3556/ 2007 AND ARTICLE 13 OF LAW 3340/2005

The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade name “FF GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, the company «Redeca Wordwide Ltd» of British Virgin Islands (BVI), controlled by Mr. George Koutsolioutsos, CEO of FF Group, on June 26th , 2015 repossessed 4.150 shares of FF Group that had been disposed by way of stock lending.
