Reason for Notification: Significant change of shares and voting rights, due to the transfer of the Assets of Agricultural Bank S.A. to Piraeus Bank S.A.
Change in number of shares and voting rights: from lower than the minimum amount of shares and voting rights of the Company, to 4.580.247 shares directly, or 6.8415% of the share capital and 122.952 voting rights indirectly, or 0.1836%, of which 22.000 voting rights are held through the controlling company Agrotiki Asfalistiki S.A., or 0.0328% of the share capital, and 100.952 voting rights or 0.1508% from pledges. After the critical transaction, Piraeus Bank will control 4.703.199 voting rights or 7.0251%
