The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4,par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On December 08, 2014 the Company purchased 400 shares, with average price EUR 31.22 per share and a total purchase price EUR 12,488.
On December 09, 2014 the Company purchased 200 shares, with average price EUR 30.00 per share and a total purchase price EUR 6,000.
