Share buyback

The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 26, 2015) purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:

On January 4^th, 2015 the Company purchased 2.900 shares, with an average price of EUR 16,61 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 48.181,19.

On January 5^th, 2015 the Company purchased 2.100 shares, with an average price of EUR 16,20 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 34.014,12.

On January 7^th, 2015 the Company purchased 1.100 shares, with an average price of EUR 14,78 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 16.260,55.
