Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Societe Anonyme announces its collaboration with the advisory firm SYNERGON Partners, which will provide services in the areas of financial and operational restructuring, through the appointment of Mr. Dimitrios Kouvatsos, as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) of FF Group.

During his career, Mr. Kouvatsos has been Executive Manager including CEO & CFO roles at corporations of a wide range of sectors in Greece and multinational Groups abroad. He has been specialist in delivering projects of financial restructuring, operational turnaround, privatizations and CRO in companies such as Hewlett Packard, OTE and PepsiCo. Also, Mr. Kouvatsos had the role of CRO in companies such as Maillis Group and Katselis.

Mr. Kouvatsos holds a Bs in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Business Administration from City University of London.

The newly appointed CRO will be collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the CEO and the Group’s Managerial Team for the effective implementation of the Group’s restructuring plan.
