Pursuant to article 7 par. 3 of Law 3016/2002, the company under the registered name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that the Board of Directors decided as of its 29-01-2019 meeting, that Mr. Georgios Makris has been appointed Director of Internal Audit, with immediate effect, replacing Mr. Ilias Dimitrakopoulos and will report to the Audit Committee.
Mr. Dimitrakopoulos assumes the role of DPO (Data Protection Officer), managing personal data protection issues (GDPR) and will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Dimitrakopoulos is no longer member of the Internal Audit Department.
