The company with the name “Folli-Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the market that yesterday, 4 June 2019, Mr. Charalampos Kyrkos, submitted his resignation from his position as independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.
The Company shall seek the immediate replacement of Mr. Kyrkos and shall revert immediately with a new update to the market regarding such replacement and the reconstitution of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Company.
