It is announced by the company with the name “Folli-Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter the “Company”),  that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders which had been postponed to 31 January 2020 by decision of the majority of the Shareholders during the General Assembly Meeting on 31 October 2019, is canceled, following the unanimous decision of the Board of Directors of 14.01.2020, due to the non-completion of the annual corporate and consolidated financial statements of the company for the fiscal period 01.01.2018 -31.12.2018.
Specifically, on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at 12:00h the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company's Shareholders regarding the fiscal year 2018 was convened at the Company's headquarters, according to the invitation of the Board of Directors dated 10.10.2019, which was submitted according to the statutory disclosure formalities.
The specific Ordinary General Assembly of October 31, 2019 was a continuation of the Ordinary General Assembly of September 10, 2019 regarding the fiscal year 2018, which decided to postpone the discussion and voting of all the issues of the agenda. Following a recommendation by the Board of Directors, the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders decided to postpone both the discussion and voting of the agenda for January 31, 2020.
The company will inform the investing public with a new invitation on the date of the convening of the Ordinary General Assembly.
