The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter the “Company”) updates the market that it filed an application for the granting of preventative measures by virtue of article 106a par. 6 of Law 3588/2007 before the Athens Single Member Court of Instance on 17 June 2020. The application was filed with the consent of the Ad Hoc Group of the Company’s bondholders and the lenders under the Company’s Schuldschein instruments, within the context of the overall restructuring process and the finalization the relevant documents. The Company’s request for the issuance of a provisional order for the prohibition of individual and collective compulsory enforcement measures and injunction measures against the Company will be heard on 24 June 2020.
