The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter the “Company”), further to the announcement dated 18 June 2020 regarding its application for the granting of preventative measures by virtue of article 106a par. 6 of Law 3588/2007, updates the market that the Court set a hearing on the measure on 6 August 2020 but declined to issue a provisional order for protection. The Company continues to work together with its creditors for the finalization of the terms of its restructuring agreement, which will be addressed to the bondholders’ meeting in the following weeks.
