The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter the “Company”), further to its announcement dated 07. August 2020 and following a relevant request by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, announces the issuance of the decision no. 4666/22.9.2020 of the Single-Member Court of Athens (pursuant to the interim measures process), suspending all measures – pending or not – of individual or collective enforcement by the creditors against the Company and forbidding the taking and enforcing of any injunction against the assets of the Company, including the provisional seizure and the registration of a prenotation of mortgage and the bankruptcy declaration of the Company, until 06. December 2020.
