The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (the “Company”), further to its announcement dated 16.6.2021 (the “Previous Announcement”) in relation to the issuance of the preliminary decision no. 186/2021 of the Bankruptcy Court (the “Preliminary Decision”), provides the following update to the market.

Capitalized terms used in this announcement have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement, unless otherwise defined herein.

The Company and its contracting creditors amended the Rehabilitation Agreement in compliance with the Preliminary Decision. Said amendment was filed today with the Secretary of the Bankruptcy Court.

This announcement is released by the Company in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR) and the Rule Book of the Athens Exchange. It contains information that qualifies as inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of MAR.
