NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter the “Company”) provides the following update to the market: By his letter, addressed to the Chairman and the Members of the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Ilias Pentazos submitted his resignation from his position as an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, effective on Monday, 4 March, 2019.
The Board of Directors accepted Mr. Pentazos’ resignation, expressing its gratitude for his contribution.

In addition, the Company announces that it is in the process of replacing Mr. Pentazos and will revert with a new announcement to the market.
