The société anonyme with the trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereafter the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that Piraeus Bank S.A. notified the Company of the following transaction in financial instruments of the Company:

Piraeus Bank SA carried out the above transaction outside a trading venue in the context of the sale and transfer of business receivables - securitization pursuant to Law 3156/2003.
It is noted that the trading of the Company’s shares in the Athens Exchange has been suspended.
The notification by Piraeus Bank S.A to the Company and, in turn, by the Company to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because the non-executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Periklis Dontas, is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank S.A.
