RELEASE OF THE INFORMATION MEMORANDUM OF ARTICLE 4 OF LAW 3401/2005

(hereinafter "the Company") announces that, in accordance with Regulation 809/2004 of European Community and Law Ν.3401/2005, the Board of Directors of Capital Market Commission, during its meeting on 04.01.2011, was informed on the content of the information memorandum of article 4 of Law 3401/2005 (hereinafter the Information Memorandum) regarding the share capital increase of the Company (Absorbing company) resulting from the merger through absorption of companies "FOLLI - FOLLIE A.B.E.E." (first absorbed company) and "ΕLMEC SPORT A.B.E.T.E." (second absorbed company), which is available to the investment community as of 04.01.2011.
