Reorganization of BoD

The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (the “Company”) pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) (EU) 596/2014, article 2, §2(e) of the HCMC decision no. 3/347/12.7.2005, the ATHEX Rulebook and L. 3016/2002 on Corporate Governance, announces that Mr. George Ioannidis submitted his resignation from the position of Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors due to health reasons, remaining a non-executive member of the Board of Directors. Following today’s resolution by the Board of Directors, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. George Samios, is elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. George Ioannidis stated the following: “The effort for the continuation, stabilization and development of the FF Group continues with all of us present. The first positive results are already tangible and measurable. The company proceeds to the next day, thanks to the efforts of its employees and management. Unfortunately, a health problem forces me to abstain from the demanding duties of the Chairman and to carry on our common effort from the position as a Board member, providing my continuous support to Mr. Samios and all my colleagues in the Board of Directors”.
Following the above, the Company announces the reorganization of the Board of Directors as follows:
1. GEORGE SAMIOS - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member
2. PANAGIOTIS ALEXAKIS - Independent Non-Executive Member
3. PERICLES DONTAS - Independent Non-Executive Member
4. GEORGE IOANNIDIS - Non-Executive Member
5. GEORGE MOMFERRATOS - Independent Non-Executive Member
6. GEORGE SIGANIDIS - Independent Non-Executive Member
7. ILIAS PENTAZOS - Independent Non-Executive Member
8. HAOLEI ZHANG - Independent Non-Executive Member
The Company also announces the election of Mr. Panagiotis Alexakis as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee. The Audit Committee was then reorganized as follows:
1. PANAGIOTIS ALEXAKIS - Chairman
2. PERICLES DONTAS - Member
3. GEORGE IOANNIDIS - Member
4. ILIAS PENTAZOS - Member
