"DUTY FREE SHOPS, A CORPORATION OPERATING DUTY FREE SHOPS AND LARGE AND SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS, TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY S.A.", under the trademark "FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP", announces that the share capital amounts to €18,176,463.00 and is divided into 60,588,210 ordinary registered voting shares with nominal value of €0.30 each. 

Above information is provided in order to assist the investors in calculating the percentage of the voting rights they hold and therefore to proceed to any necessary action stipulated by L.3556/2007.
